It was with great pity that I learned about the Gorean City of Thentis being razed to the ground. It was a beautifully built city, with its Tudor style architecture and great Market Place.
Drax and I took a look at the empty sim with a bit of sadness as its where we first met and he had his house there for a while. We will both be glad that it existed at all though, as it was the beginning of our friendship.

Yes and nothing stays the same in SL, but those wonderful settings with the little streets and houses so much work put into it all, wished I’d taken more photos at the time!!

Thentis is going to be rebuilt and be the most by the book sim ever. Stay alert in SL for announcements of Havoc Rau, Lothar Beck or Hilda Bellingshausen. We’d love to have you back in the city.
It’s an emblematic Gorean city and of course, rises from the ashes.

I do honestly wish you all the luck in the world with Thentis, but I think you should ask Dragger why I will not set foot there again! Saying that I’m sure you have all done an excellent job, I will always remember Thentis with affection from the first time I went there.

Well, Janey…we bought the sim from Dragger Allen and he nor his house are around the new Thentis. I have not met the guy. Now, get your Gorean toes here!

Of course, no appointment necessary. Though if you come this Saturday you can enjoy the Feast of Fools, we are having a magician, a story telling contest, a games fair…and much more. It will be IC of course, but well, if you cannot make it, next week we should still be alive (though with a bit of hangover)
